I can start songs but could never finish them. Well, today may be the day this rut will be broken. A personal conflict has caused me to be very angry and today I just started to release it through words and melody. I have to admit it feels good and has made me feel better. Now, I just need to finish the song and my rut will come to and end. What used to take me five minutes takes me days. Just so that I get stuck and give up because I have other things on my plate like being a mom, wife, and student. Well yesterday I almost had a breakthrough with a new song. I am determined to keep writing until this song is finished!
